
Building excitement around HEINEKEN’s global MyHR platform launch
The challenge:
Generating a buzz around HEINEKEN’s European launch of MyHR, a platform where employees can manage their day-to-day HR activities, through a global campaign with a local feel.
Our approach:
MyHR was created to enable HEINEKEN’s employees to take ownership of a range of human resources processes while assisting HR staff to more easily manage their daily admin tasks and access useful information and analytics.
We were tasked with creating an awareness campaign to build credibility and excitement by showing HEINEKEN’s staff how MyHR would transform their work and make their lives easier. We delivered this global campaign at a local level, with interchangeable assets and toolkits enabling regional teams to target the overarching messaging appropriately for their individual focus areas.
We formulated the strategy and produced all the designs, branding, communications, videos and internal social communications, additionally training and supporting regional teams to implement their local campaigns.
Impact:
The campaign was instrumental in bringing awareness to MyHR, touching the hearts of HEINEKEN’s local communities around the world, getting them to embrace the new platform and taking them on a learning journey that improved their working lives.
